Investments in Preference Shares class A will be explicitly allocated for acquiring 200 student accommodation houses, intended for placement at prestigious universities in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Preference Shareholders can anticipate receiving a quarterly payout equivalent to 2.25%, which will be directly deposited into their private accounts. Upon the maturity date, set for December 31, 2029, investors will receive the complete initial investment amount.*
Kindly be aware that the minimum investment amount for Preference Share Class A is set at £100,000 for investors. Only suitable for High Net worth or Sophisticated Investors. This is not suitable for Retail Investors.
By securing the ground units with groundscrews, we gain the flexibility to deploy units in almost any location. The units are designed with the capability to be securely stacked, reaching up to three levels high. Our building system offers a high degree of customization, enabling tailored solutions to meet individual needs and preferences.
